What happens when someone scans it
The phone offers to open the coordinates in its default map app — Google Maps on Android, Apple Maps on iPhone. It drops a pin on the exact point, and from there the person can get directions or start navigation. It is a raw point, not a named place, so there is no business name attached — just the location.

Frequently asked questions
Does it show my business name?
No. A location QR code is a plain point on the map. If you want your name and details attached, use a URL QR code pointing to your Google Maps listing instead.
Which map app opens?
The phone's default — Google Maps on most Androids, Apple Maps on iPhone. The person can switch apps once the pin is open.
Can people navigate from it?
Yes. Once the pin is on the map, 'Directions' and turn-by-turn navigation are one tap away.
Will it work without internet?
The pin opens, but loading the map tiles and navigating needs a connection like any map use.
How accurate is it?
As accurate as the coordinates you enter — down to a few metres if you copy them carefully from Google Maps.
